Tap mode (Chrome on Android)

Press Start, then hold each blank tag on the back of the phone until the green flash.

Manual mode (iPhone or any phone without Web NFC)

In your NFC app (for example NFC Tools): Read the blank tag and copy its serial number / UID (7 bytes, 14 hex digits).
Paste the UID below, press Sign, then Copy link.
In the app: Write → Add a record → URL / URI → paste the link → Write, holding the tag on the phone.
Optional check: Read the tag again; it should show exactly that link.
Lock the tag in the app (Other → Lock, permanent), then press Mark written here.
